While sending BETA TAPES into India, please do make sure to take the

following notes:

 

1. Valuation of the Beta Tapes shall be done on the basis of the Contents/Software records on the tapes and NOT the value of the PHYSICAL tape/cassette. 

 

2. Brief narration of the Software/Recorded Contents.

 

3. Invoice with the ROYAL value/value of the contract between the producer and the buyer.

 

4. Any other envidence for proper valuation.

 

5. Must export under Formal Entry instead of O.B.C.
