The necessary endorsement paperwork should be :

1. GDA AWB 1 set (see Reference data)
2. Original Invoice with Company Chart, Boss Chart & Accounting Chart 4
    sets  (see Reference data)
3 .Original Packing List with Company Chart, Boss Chart & Accounting
    Chart  4sets (only under the condition if shipment over 2 packages, see
    Reference data)
4. Authorization Letter (If need to apply the formal exporting
    endorsement processing, see Reference)
5. Formal Exporting Custom Brokerage Inspection List  (see Reference
    data)
6. Guarantee Letter of Collected Payment Terms (about the freight
    charges paid by consignee, see Reference)

All the above paperwork must to be stamped by shipper’s Company Chart, Boss Chart together with Accounting Chart completely.
